Monet
"Monet" is an original Sfera dried confectionery made with matcha and Awa pure wasanbon sugar by Kagizen Yoshifusa, a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Kyoto. The lotus-inspired shape was designed by Swedish architectural unit Claesson Koivisto Rune. Based on a project to "design everything related to life, from what we eat to buildings," Sfera's efforts to harmonize Japanese and international cultures have taken shape as a food product. Gently place this adorable little confectionery in your mouth, and the subtle sweetness slowly spreads throughout your mouth.
