Both the potter's wheel-molded porcelain and the woven bamboo rim are individually handcrafted by artisans in Kyoto.
These craft products are created with a new concept of combining materials formed using traditional techniques, and are proposed for modern lifestyles. The porcelain base appears delicate, but is fired hard and is resistant to water stains and dirt. They can be used as flower vases by filling them directly with water.
The AIR vessels series includes seven different design models.
