Terms and conditions for orders from outside of Japan

Making a purchase

Please browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the size of the item you have selected and your shipping address and can be confirmed during the checkout process.

Amazon pay / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

Shipping

Merchandise is delivered by EMS (Express Delivery Service by Post Office).

* Due to the spread of Covid-19 infection, it may take longer than usual to deliver. In addition, the countries and areas that can be delivered by EMS may change. In this case, we will deliver merchandise by another courier. The substitute courier and tracking numbers will be informed when merchandise is shipped out.

*If merchandise is returned to us undelivered, you shall bear the entire cost of the order in cases where we are not able to establish contact with you within 30 days of sending notice to you that the shipment was returned.
*When the product is returned to us, you shall bear the full new cost of reshipping or redirection.

Import duty, local taxes and related expenses

Sfera co.,ltd. cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the parcel, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty, any local taxes and any courier administration charges relating to the importation of the goods.

Delivery schedule

We will ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. For made-to-order products, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date. International orders are generally received within 10 working days, from date of despatch, but this can vary depending on country and distance.

You must inform us within 5 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. If the product that you received is damaged, please keep the product and full packing material used for delivery. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back orders

If the product is not in stock, we will contact you by email to see if you would like to wait. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns policy

In case that the product is defective or a wrong product is delivered :
Please contact us within 5 days after the product arrives. Please return the item after confirming the return method that we will inform you. In addition, when returning the product, please use the same packing method as when you received it.

* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
・ Products that have been used once
・ Products that are scratched or soiled due to customer responsibility
・ Products without original packaging (boxes, cases, etc.)
・ Made-to-order products
・ Customized / personalized products
・ Sale items
・ Products with the description as non-returnable items on the sales page
・ Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days without contact

Return shipping

If the delivered item is defective, we will bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging it.
* However, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for returns and exchanges when the products are returned by any other reasons. After inspecting the returned product, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping fee.
